FOCUS WILL TO BUILD ELITE MULTI-DIRECTIONAL RUNNERS. SESSIONS WILL FOCUS ON MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, AND CORE STRENGTH TO DEVELOP THE ATHLETES SPEED, AGILITY, AND QUICKNESS (SAQ).
STRENGTH/ ENDURANCE TRAINING
FOCUS WILL BE ON DEVELOPING MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, AND POWER. TRAINERS WILL PROPERLY GUIDE THE ATHLETES BY VISUALLY DEMONSTRATING THE APPROPRIATE MECHANICS FOR SAFETY AND INJURY PREVENTION.
